Prize Draw Terms

The promoter is Bloodstone Capital UK Limited, publisher of The Pyramid ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@thepyramidfinance.com.

There are ten prizes and ten different winners. The total cash value, £1,166, is £1 for every club in our coverage: 1,068 men's clubs across tiers 2–10 and 98 women's clubs across tiers 1–4. These figures describe the boundaries of The Pyramid's editorial coverage. They do not mean we have published an article or club page for every club.

• 1st prize: £1,068 cash. £1 for every men's club in The Pyramid's coverage, across tiers 2–10.
• 2nd prize: £98 cash. £1 for every women's club in The Women's Ledger's coverage, across tiers 1–4.
• 3rd–5th prizes: three replica football shirts. Three separate winners will each receive one replica football shirt.
• 6th–10th prizes: five limited-edition The Pyramid football shirts. Five separate winners will each receive one.

Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer to a UK account in the winner's name. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. Where a replica shirt of the winner's choice is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter.

To enter, you must: (a) be aged 18 or over; (b) follow @thepyramidfinance on Instagram or @_pyramidfinance on X; (c) subscribe to The Pyramid newsletter by email; (d) complete the entry form at /giveaway, giving your name, email address and social media username; and (e) accept these Terms.

One entry per person, checked by email address. Duplicate, automated, bulk or third-party entries are invalid. No purchase is necessary.

Entries close at Sunday 9 May 2027 · 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Following @thepyramidfinance on Instagram or @_pyramidfinance on X, and subscribing to The Pyramid newsletter, are conditions of entry. They are also continuing conditions of eligibility for the prizes.

You must still be following @thepyramidfinance on Instagram or @_pyramidfinance on X and still be subscribed to The Pyramid newsletter when provisional winners are verified after the draw.

A provisional winner will not be eligible to receive the prize if, at the time of verification, they:

• are not following @thepyramidfinance on Instagram or @_pyramidfinance on X; or
• are not actively subscribed to The Pyramid newsletter.

That prize will instead be offered to a replacement winner chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries, as set out in section 9.

Following or subscribing does not guarantee a prize.

Within 14 days of the closing date, ten different provisional winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, using a secure random process. They are drawn in prize order, from 1st to 10th. An entrant can only be selected once.

Every selected entrant is a provisional winner. No prize is awarded until verification is complete.

Before a winner is confirmed, we check that:

• the entry is valid, was received before the closing date, and is not fraudulent or a prohibited duplicate;
• the entrant declared that they are aged 18 or over;
• the entrant is still following @thepyramidfinance on Instagram or @_pyramidfinance on X (checked manually against the social media username supplied);
• the entrant is still actively subscribed to The Pyramid newsletter (checked through our newsletter system); and
• the entrant meets all other requirements in these Terms.

We may ask for reasonable proof of age and identity.

A replacement provisional winner will be drawn at random for that prize only if a provisional winner:

• fails verification;
• cannot be contacted;
• does not claim the prize within 14 days of first contact; or
• is otherwise disqualified under these Terms.

The whole draw is not re-run. Each replacement goes through the same checks. The following are left out of any redraw:

• confirmed winners;
• current provisional winners for other prizes;
• anyone previously rejected for that prize; and
• invalid, duplicate and disqualified entries.

Provisional winners are contacted by email, using the address given on the entry form, and must respond within 14 days of first contact. Prizes are delivered within 30 days of confirmation.

You can request the first name and county of the confirmed winners by emailing us within one month of the draw. Winners will not be named publicly without their consent.

We use your entry details to run the draw and to verify eligibility. Newsletter subscription is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep your original entry and consent record separately from any later winner-verification record.

We may disqualify entries that breach these Terms. Where circumstances outside our reasonable control require it, we may amend or cancel the draw. Instagram and X do not sponsor, endorse or administer this draw and are not associated with it. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
