What this site is

The Pyramid publishes editorial content about the finances of English football below the Premier League, including reporting drawn from public records such as Companies House filings, club disclosures, and our own research. We also operate a waitlist for a forthcoming subscription platform, and a free email newsletter.

This is a read-only editorial site. There is currently no facility for users to submit, upload, comment on, or publish content on The Pyramid.

Accuracy and use of our content

We take care to verify what we publish and to cite our sources, and we correct errors when they're identified — see our About page for how we approach this.

That said, football club finances involve complex, sometimes incomplete public records, and figures can be revised, restated, or reinterpreted after publication. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any financial or business decision. Where we express a view or interpretation, we aim to make clear that it is ours.

Intellectual property

The text, analysis, and original content on this site are owned by Bloodstone Capital UK Limited or licensed to us. You may read, link to, and share our articles for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

We link to primary source documents (such as filings at Companies House) rather than reproducing them; those documents remain the property of their respective owners under applicable law.

The waitlist and future platform

Joining our waitlist does not create an account, a contract, or any entitlement to access the platform once launched, and does not commit you to any purchase. Pricing, features, and launch timing are not yet finalised and may change. When the platform launches, separate terms specific to that service will apply, and you will have the opportunity to review them before subscribing or paying for anything.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular figure, filing date, or piece of data will remain accurate indefinitely, given that source documents can be amended or restated by the filing companies themselves.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bloodstone Capital UK Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including any decisions made on the basis of information published here.

We link to external websites, including Companies House, club websites, and press coverage. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites we link to.

Governing law
